Individually controlled woven label (normal type)
Individually controlled woven labels are woven labels that can be woven with various codes such as ITF, NW-7, and QR codes, as well as with variable data that differs from one label to another using dedicated looms. The technology developed for high-density woven fabrics reduces deformation of the cord portion, ensuring safe use. It is suitable for individual control (lending control, inventory control, etc.) of uniforms/goods used in factories and offices.

It is suitable for individual control (lending control, inventory control, etc.) of uniforms/goods used in factories and offices.

Features of IC tag built-in type individually controlled labels
01.Batch reading using a dedicated reader is possible with built-in UHF band RFID tags. In addition, they are washable and can be attached to clothing.
02.Encoding (writing information) to UHF band RFID tags is possible.
Serial number, item code, size code, etc., according to your specifications can be encoded. In addition, the unique code is guaranteed from manufacturing to shipping because we have a mechanism that does not overlap.
03.Barcodes and QR codes are displayed on the label surface (same information as the serial number of the UHF band RFID tag) so that they can be read with readers or visually inspected, providing a storage function in case of reading errors due to UHF band RFID tag failure or where RFID readers cannot be placed.
